Signs and inspection
I hear scratching but have not seen an animal. Can I request help?
Yes. Describe the affected room and when the sound occurs. Noise alone does not confirm a rat, mouse or another animal. Request an inspection to assess accessible evidence.
Does seeing one mouse mean there are many more?
A sighting confirms that an animal was present, but it does not establish the population. Share any other signs so the assessment can consider the wider evidence. Read the signs guide for what to report.
Can you identify the animal from droppings?
Droppings may contribute to identification, but they should be considered with other evidence. We will explain what can be established and what remains uncertain. The identification guide covers those limits.
Can I request a second opinion?
Yes. Share the earlier findings, proposed scope and signs that continue. A second assessment should explain what evidence supports its recommendations. See the inspection page.
Do you inspect inside walls or ducts?
Confirm the available methods and access limits. An accessible inspection differs from opening finishes or inspecting equipment internally. Such work needs a specific scope and may require another trade.
Booking, access and pets
Which ZIP codes are covered?
Only the 14 approved ZIPs listed in the service-area directory. The location of the property matters; a mailing address or neighborhood name alone is insufficient.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Call us 24/7 for any enquiry, emergency and same-day service. Call (941) 824-5293 to confirm an appointment time; an enquiry does not reserve a visit.
Is the inspection free?
Inspection appointments are paid. Confirm the fee and included areas before booking. A phone discussion, estimate and on-site inspection can be different arrangements. The cost guide explains what to ask.
Can work be arranged around pets?
Tell our team which animals live at the property and where they can go. Ask about device placement and any access restrictions. Precautions depend on the proposed method; no treatment should be assumed risk-free.
Do I need to be present?
Confirm the access arrangement and which visits require you or an authorized contact on site. For remote owners, agree how entry, findings and approval will be handled. See the service process.
Can a tenant request service?
A tenant can enquire, but work authorization, access and payment need to be agreed before service. Identify the owner or manager where approval is required. This page does not determine legal responsibility under a tenancy agreement.
Removal, repairs and follow-up
What is the difference between removal and exclusion?
Removal addresses rodents present. Exclusion addresses identified access routes through suitable repairs. The plan should coordinate both where needed.
Why are rodents coming back after treatment?
Continued signs need assessment. Our team may need to review remaining entry routes, repair boundaries or treatment coverage. Our recurrence guide explains the questions to discuss.
How often are traps checked?
The checking schedule must be specified for the agreed plan. Confirm who returns, what access is needed and whether further visits cost extra.
How long does removal take?
There is no universal completion time for every property. Ask about the proposed schedule and the evidence used to evaluate progress. Details are on the rat and mouse service pages.
Does sealing come with a warranty?
Discuss your preferred warranty duration and coverage with our team. Agreed terms must be recorded in writing, including covered locations, exclusions, renewals and return-visit conditions. A website enquiry does not create a warranty.
Cleanup, odors and costs
Is droppings cleanup included with trapping?
Only if it is listed in the agreed scope. Cleanup, removal and entry-point repairs are separate tasks.
Do all droppings require replacing the entire attic's insulation?
The affected material and extent need assessment. Ask what findings support the proposed removal and replacement scope. See the insulation guide.
Can I request help for a smell without seeing a carcass?
Yes, explain the odor and its location. The cause still needs to be established, and access may limit removal. Read about dead rodent assessment.
Can I book cleanup only?
Explain whether removal is complete and whether signs continue. Our team must confirm that cleanup-only work is offered and establish the affected area.
How much will the work cost?
Request an estimate tied to the findings, access and work required. Compare inspection, removal, repairs, cleanup and ongoing fees separately using the cost guide.
Does monthly billing mean monthly visits?
Not necessarily. Confirm the payment interval and visit interval independently, along with renewal and cancellation terms in our agreement.
Still have a question?
Tell us your physical property ZIP and the concern you want to discuss. There is no need to select a package before asking for help.
Inspection appointments are paid. Warranty options, covered work and follow-up are agreed with us in writing.
